Shoulder and Neck Pain

"I had right shoulder and neck pain for about a year. I am a fitness instructor and the pain and stress made me very unhappy and unable to participate with my students when weight training. I was unable to lift my arm over my head. I tried stretching, a heating pad, muscle relaxers and pain meds. I received no long lasting benefits from the meds. Since starting with chiropractic care I can fully participate in weight training, have full range of motion with no pain and have reduced stress. There is nothing like keeping your body in tune with chiropractic. It is like dancing on air!"

Neck Pain, Headaches, Stress

"I hadn’t been able to sleep through the night for twenty-five years. I had neck pain, headaches, stress and depression. I felt tired and I had stopped going to places that I enjoyed. My doctors had prescribed sleeping pills, pain medications and Valium for me. Although the medications dulled my pain, I felt drugged all day and I knew the drugs were a cover-up for my problems. I went to a neurologist and had a head scan and brain monitoring, but nothing changed. My husband, John, brought me to one of Dr. Bishop’s health workshops. Dr. Bishop told me about the importance of a properly functioning spine and nerve system. I decided to give chiropractic a try. Less than a week after beginning a chiropractic adjustment program I began to sleep through the night. I’ve only had three weeks of adjustments now and my headaches and neck pain are gone. I feel great and I’ve started visiting my friends and family and they are surprised at how well I’m doing. It’s nice to be wearing a happy face. I’m so happy that my husband asked me to visit Dr. Bishop."

Migraines

"I had migraine headaches for years. My hips hurt and I was stressed out. It was difficult to function with the migraines and the medications that I took gave me only temporary relief. When I initially came to see Dr. Bishop he told me about the importance of a properly functioning spine and nerve system. He explained how a spinal misalignment known as a subluxation would interfere with my body’s ability to be healthy. I decided to give chiropractic a try. A spine that has been misaligned for years can’t reasonably be expected to improve in a few adjustments. Since it took time for my health to deteriorate it took some time to heal. Chiropractic adjustments have reduced my stress, my hip pain is better and the migraines are infrequent. Now that I’ve improved, I maintain my health with an adjustment every two weeks."

Low Back and Knee Pain

'I had extreme low back, left hip, knee and thigh pain. I could hardly walk. I tried pills, heat pads and creams... nothing worked. My pain was gone by the fourth visit. I no longer limp and can walk without pain. I had never been to a chiropractor, but I am a believer, now." Dottie B.

Correct the Cause

Just as a rock in a shoe is a physical problem and will cause increasing pain until it is removed, a spine that is dysfunctional is a physical problem that will cause increasing problems until the dysfunction is removed.
